will definitely go back there again
Julie was super accommodating and let us check in early. Our twin room had stunning sea views of Largs bay and the cozy decor added charm. The shower had strong water pressure, and the room was equipped with an electric kettle, free toiletries, and tea/coffee maker. Breakfast offered fresh fruit and local products too.

The decor was charming, with bright rooms and lovely views, making it feel like home. The accessibility for seniors was excellent, ensuring that I felt comfortable moving around without any hassle.
More grab bars in the bathroom would be helpful.

Large double room with well-furnished comfort and a stunning sea view made for an enjoyable stay. The Victorian architecture has a charming historical vibe that adds character to the experience.
Had to deal with a communal bathroom situation, which was less than ideal for privacy, especially when guests were moving in and out. The hot water was unreliable at best, requiring a boost button that didn’t rectify the problem. The small size of the room felt cramped, with a wobbly stool at the dressing table and just a rail for hanging clothes—not really up to par for what you’d expect in a hotel. there was a peculiar request to remove shoes at the door, which seemed unnecessary for regular footwear and added some awkwardness to arriving guests.

Fab stay with comfy vibes!
Just spent 2 nights here, and it was a blast! The owner, Ashleigh, was super friendly and helped us with our bags. The room was spacious and had a really chill vibe. Loved the breakfast too—especially the unsweetened soy milk! Only thing was the stairs were a bit steep, but that didn't ruin our time!

The room offered an amazing view of the sea and ferry to Cumbrae, making mornings truly special. Spotlessly clean with tastefully decorated interiors, the space felt inviting. Exceptionally comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. there was a lack of on-site dining options. The location, while scenic, could be challenging for those without a vehicle. a bit more attention to toiletries would enhance the experience.

great location, just a short walk to the town center and close to the sea. the room was clean and comfortable with a good shower. the breakfast was cooked to order and had nice options, especially for gluten free. our host, julie, was so friendly and welcoming. we felt at home and would love to come back!
the parking area can be a bit small if it's busy. the en-suite shower was a little small, but worked fine.

Our stay was fantastic. we were warmly welcomed and our cozy Twin Room with Sea View was just lovely. The easy access to the indoor pool and the peaceful garden loungers made it a perfect spot to unwind. The shower pressure could've been better, but overall, it was such a wonderful experience, we're definitely coming back! 🌊

Had an awesome time with friends at this cozy place. We explored the nearby waterfront and grabbed ice cream from a local shop. The warm welcome and comfy beds made our stay special. Breakfast was tasty—definitely fills you up for the day!
The road leading to this place was rough due to potholes, which was a bit of a pain, but the stay made up for it.
